it's not *that* big
the b3ta image hoster says it will link anything above 400k, implying that that's about an upper l imit regardless what it says in the faq which is, after all, wildly outdated. this gif is somewhat below that and rather fantastic as well.

of course he could link it and if it were me i would but i'm not sure it's as big an issue as people make out. far from an original point but each time someone posts something slightly over there's a tendency to post about 20 bandwidth-gobbling animations complaining about its size, which is surely worse than one superb gif.
that said, you're right it's only actually just under 400kb. i misread "392" as "352" somehow. i blame stupidity.
