get a tater
peel or keep the skin on - choice is yours
chop into thin pieces, so you have lots of O shapes made of taters, add salt and pepper to taste (some chilli if you like em hot) and smother in olive oil (personally i use garlic flavoured becaus i luves it) - you can do the same with onions and carrots and parsnips - roast for 20-25 mins on a moderate heat and eat
oh and a good HOT meal - parsnip curry! mmm
