Edit: It is a nice effort, but maybe a few more frames so that it looks smoother?

I think also having everyone moving together might make it look smoother too. It looks almost like they are on clockwork rather than real if you know what I mean....

when you rotate, put the axis at the bottom of the figure, not at the centre. The brown guy really looks like he's ticking. Otherwise is good.
