Is this an ironic post, as in it's sad how often this has bindun?
Because the pic itself isn't sad per sé.

For the first time ever
at the weekend, I heard my best friend play violin. She was a concert violinist for years, but that was before I knew her. All the did was warm up the strings and do a couple of exercises, but there was some russian peasanty stuff in it (ie: FAST) and she was amazing. Brought tears to my eyes, I was so proud of her.
Yeah, I don't know why I've told you either.

I got a new PC
and vista is not as shit as I thought it would be.
And I started playing Gears of War in prep for the sequel.
I didn't like it very much

Did you figure out that if you had walls all around you but with one tiny, heavily defended gap,
the enemy sends everyone suicidally through the little gap?

Well, ish.
God, as long as you like war. LOVELY WAR.
Does anyone remember what this game was? Some sort of God sim set in ancient Egypt. You had to deal with Nile floods and civil amenities etc.

There's also a whole series of 'caesar' games,
which are basically the same thing but in Rome.
