It's just a large render file
The model is a bit complicated, and the lighting is causing havoc with the render time.

I havent waited over 12 hours for a single render since the amiga days.
Decrease the number of reflection bounces or the quality or something - youre probably rendering billions of reflections you wont actually ever see.
