When my mate ran his bar, we all used to be in there till all hours of the morning and they were all obsessed with it, so they downloaded it all the time to watch. I watched one or two episodes but it didn't really do it for me.
I just recreated Cocktail in his bar while they were watching it :D

personally, I'm not a "lolmygods da government/jews/illuminati/jaws did it", but i think some of it doesn't quite add up. i'd rather not discuss it because it causes arguments.

I got sucked into that trap on /links quite often.
My background is in structural design, having studied both architectural technology and civil engineering,
as well as teach aspects of both for 6 years. You can imagine the LOLguments that were had.
Best to stay well out of it, although I have my own opinions, generally (for the most part, but not all) on the side of the official explanation,

... and I bet he's the one who made Steve Guttenberg a star as well...

I am not averse to having a debate on it, but I do feel that a lot of the conjecture from most of the conspiracy theorists is treated as undeniable fact by them, meaning they are unwilling to debate the situation and just accuse anyone who doesnt buy into it of being one of them, or blind to the truth.

You don't have a problem with building 7 falling? And you are an architect?
This group is called Architects and Engineers for 9/11 truth, and here is their study of Building 7

Curious what you think of this.

an architectural technologist, if you read the reply correctly.
and I have not said ANYWHERE I don't have a problem with building 7 falling.
That's two innacuracies you've made in the first sentence.
I stated that fires were reported all aternoon from floors 6 through to 30+,
That's the rub of it, people so fixed on these conspiracies often put words into the mouths of others. Funny that.
I've seen that site, and prefer this one:
www.popularmechanics.com/technology/military_law/1227842.html
among many others which deal with what can be quantified, and not hypothesised.
they also factor in the 'human' element as well.
and as I've had this conversation before many times on b3ta,
I won't be having it again.
B3ta is not the place for this sort of thing, there are dedicated forums for such discussions, as I have also stated below.
(just a personal opinion, as MOUIAP rightly directs me to point out below)
Thanks for the invitation to reply with what i think, but no thanks. It's not what I come to b3ta for.
Cheers, and no malice meant against you or what you might believe :)

I'd say just don't get involved in the bits you don't like, but I guess that gets tricky when there are sprawling arguments all over the board

It's why I vowed a while ago not to get too involved in stuff like this
*stops self from going further with it*
I don't mind a reasonable, serious discussion, but we have 'off topic' on here for that sort of long, sprawling thread.
I likes pikchures I does!

I'm sure the internet is full of appropriate forums for that kind of activity

You did say some nice things the other day, in the middle of being totally sliced to ribbons by so many people it did not occur to me to thank you, so thanks man, i really do appreciate that you did that. No one stands up for me and you did, that is exceptional.
