Can I ask people what I should do in this case:
Go Ape (www.goape.co.uk/) have borrowed an image of mine (www.flickr.com/photos/davyboygravyjoy/2711241235/) without my permission, and it's All Rights Reserved (and has been since it was uploaded). I'm not after monetary rewards, but a mention or a nice pass to their aberfoyle centre would be nice.
How should I approach this?
Cheers for the Cheeky TJ

And ask for an explanation. Chances are they don't have a clue as they will have paid a webmonkey to make their site for them.
Point out that the image is reserved and that you would like them to offer you recompense in line with current industry rates for image use or remove the image within 24-48 hours.
remind them that should you not get a satisfactory response you will have to refer the matter to a legal representative.

First stage I've called them and notified them. I'm waiting to hear back from their guy who worked with the Web Design company. Am trying to play the nicey nicey, as they run a nice organisation.

I've got 4 adult passes for Go Ape to make amends for using the picture without permission.
