Make a slow whirlpool with a spoon by stirring the water then gently pour the egg from a cup into the center of the spinning water to help hold the white together.

Seriously, don't bother with anything less.
It's messy, comes out too hard or tastes
like the plastic wrap-- with all the other
methods. Get one with real teflon inserts.
