I can take it overseas and not stress out about it getting stolen, I can watch tv and surf the net in bed and it doesn't take up much room in my backpack.

This thing looks like a crippled version at twice the price.

I use a Samsung NC20 (sort of a netbook) - it's lightweight and very portable.
