I bought Soapy-Anus Poptart's album yesterday. Extremely good. It really soothes you after a quick play of Rammstein's "Mutter" (Is there a way of generating umlauts on UK keyboards?)

the only way I know is to use Character Map.

On me miggy, its dead easy, you just use alt-k then press the letter you want umlauted.

Dunno about Macs or linux boxes...

that does the trick. (it's probably around 150 for an umlauted u, but i can't be arsed checking).
