Groxing Day

Hi all, it's that time of year again! Time to celebrate Grontmas in style! Or in a pub.

The Grontmas Eye is gibbous this year, so I have delayed celebration till Groxing day, the saturday after Grontmas. I do hope you can attend, your Grontmother hasn't seen you all year.

It's at the Queen's Arms again :)

Bum

I can't make it I'm afraid. For the second year in a row I'll be missing the Grontmas celebration. Boo.

Do give my love to the Grontmother and have fun.

no pubbing suggestions, but one I can get to on one bus from Leith would be good

especially with the three stabbings in the last week within a hundred yards of my house...

there was a 15 year old boy on the rampage

the third victim worked at my daughter's school. thankfully they caught him after that but he's only been charged with the third attack so far.

Dah!

Can't make it I'm afraid - 'tis the season of office parties and Grontmas parties!

[edit] Oh, BTW, I've got engaged! So I'll have to introduce my fiancee to the world of b3ta one of these days...!

This is

a tentative yes, as I think I have a birthday that night, but I may dodge it, afterall I am the man who nipped out of a family wedding to come to the Counting House for a bash.
