Non-stick pan old and sticky, chopsticks too thin

My guess would be not enough oil and a bit too much heat.
Non-stick in my experience tends to be bollocks.

I believe the secret is adding some cream, corn starch and perhaps a little chicken broth to the egg mix.

Is the other chef not using bamboo cooking tongs instead of chopsticks

When it makes the second one you can see the sticks are separate.
AFAIK there are chopsticks that you eat with and larger ones that you use for serving with.
