Paris Hilton went on his show to promote her new fragrance. Apparently her agent had told Letterman "not to mention her time in jail" during the interview.

a funny, likeable host, at least an hour, commercial breaks, on from half eleven till half twelve in the morning with decent guests, comedic moments and decent music acts to come on and play one or two songs.

it was like watching him read from a script.
I thought she did ok, she answered the closed questions as shortly as she could, tried to keep the tone even, then eventually just stated she didn't want to talk about it.
I'm not a fan of her, and i don't think celebrity is her thing but this is just 8minutes that non of us will ever get back.
