I don't have the accent, can put it on if I need to.. have learnt to understand it over the years.. a mate's Cornish uncle only had 1 tooth left after years of fighting in pubs.. took me nearly 6 months to understand a single word he said..

But I can confirm that most of us in Cornwall don't talk like farmers however this changes in Factories and at Rugby game where everyone is suddenly from Bristol.
