Saw this linked on Twitter. Do you think the Fail have sent an edict to staff to be as contrary as possible? Here, she laughs at Sharon Davies' face, and says that Lizzie Armistead lost to "...some bitch from Holland."

I feel genuinely sorry for the woman. Because she has a forum for her cross-eyed bile she doesn't ever question her behaviour. She'll stay old, alone, bitter and vicious forever and still think she's doing the world a favour by stopping low enough to interact with it.

and thereby increase ad revenue. Every time Twitter gets its knickers in a knot about it they increase the traffic to the site, thereby making stories like this more likely.
Deny them the oxygen of publicity and they'll give up because it will no longer be profitable.

I no longer click or get involved with the daily mail's twitter outcrys, as I'm sure they absolutely cream themselves whenever it happens.

the daily mail gets coverage on b3ta...
this doesn;t make them look any worse... it just makes us look fucking stupid...
is it in the mail? yes? then its racist and nasty and xenophobic... do we really need more proof of that?
either do something about it, but just stop pointing at it and saying "this is wrong" we all know it is...they know it is... but its a very succesfull advertising strategy for a newspaper sold on opinions... create outrage...
its boring obvious and again.. .makes b3ta look like dicks...

The content doesn't anger me that much. We've got a free press after all. My anger is directed at the cunts who buy it because they feel its content is newsworthy, balanced and rational. My Mum buys the Mail on Saturdays "because it's got a good TV section", but even one day-a-week's-worth of Mail reading causes her to come out with some of the most uninformed, bigotted shit I've ever heard.
