I wouldnt say they were amazingly fantastic. But i really enjoyed their shows. compared to the R1 of today its all about feelings, and celebs. Even R2 is starting to go a bit pants now.
M&Ls show was about routine. I could put it on in the afternoon and it would chill me right out.
