This is a link post American Senate blocks a ban on selling guns to known terror suspects
Extra background checks and a 72 hour wait before giving a gun to a known terror suspect also blocked.

This is a normal post Well, how on earth do you expect America to justify wars on foreign soil.
If you don't have the odd dark skinned nutjob shooting innocent civilians? Makes perfect sense when you're a warmongering moneygrabbing capitalist shithole.

This is a normal post The way you wrote the subject line makes it look like some judicial or administrative body determined some level of guilt in these people, but that is far from true.
Indeed, you can be put on the "Watch List" for many reasons, even researching a school paper on jihad and three US Congressmen were put on the list and found no administrative way in place to clear one's name. The United States has a requirement that one is innocent until proven guilty and rights cannot be taken without due process.

Both sides knew that bill was never going to pass, and indeed they both did not want it to pass, hoping to score a victory in the media.

This is a normal post What about peoples rights not to get shot by a gun-toting toddler?
Thank fuck for the Atlantic Ocean (and the fact that a majority of 'Murcan Gun Nuts do not know that there is a world outside the borders of the USA)

This is a normal post I stand corrected, your knowlege of law is truly humbling.
But, tbh, this would result in many people being denied a right of citizenship based upon arbitrary and capricious means. There is no way to get one's name off of this list and a naughty government could put all Trump supporters, like you Bready, on the list and deny you your rights.

This is a normal post God dammit your're right. If only there was some way the elected government of the country could change the law on that list you've mentioned.
Oh well... nice try back to shagging roadkill and deep-frying our sisters.
