They went on hunger strike, so "Five prisoners were subjected to "rectal rehydration" or "rectal feeding." in context makes sense.

This is not only a case of cruel and unusual punishment (which we condemn ISIS for) but cruel and unusual punishment of those not found guilty by trial.
If our governments cannot act according to the rule of law, and its most basic values, then our enemies are right.

Like one said "The CIA played RUSSIAN roullette!!!!", but when you look at the text it says the prisoner was threatened with a gun, the Russian roullette part, presumably, is the invention of the author.
Further down it says "The Architects", then puts Dick Cheney front and center, even though he only said allegations were "hooey". I'm not sure that makes him an architect.
In all, there are much better, much less partisan summaries, although it was written by one political party to cast shame on another political party (the last two CIA reports were bi-partisan and unlike this one, actually had recommendations instead of accusations.)
It is clear that terrorists don't follow the Geneva Convention, and I can't imagine the terror and sense of urgency that those involved felt, sitting relatively safely in the middle of the US. I know people who had family die iin the Towers, and have lost members of my training platoon in the conflicts.
It is never pretty.

As it doesn't say RUSSIAN roulette anywhere, it says Russian Roulette it's a proper noun so needs initial caps...
Also the clip of the report under it says Russian Roulette. Heavily redacted of course, but definitely says it.

The one thing that stood out to me was that the US had sold its moral high-ground down the river with these medieval practices and NOT ONE SINGLE PIECE of useful information was obtained in the process.

The purpose of this report was to knock the other political party, so that might have been overshadowed. It is there, if you look, however.

Here's a handful of scientific analyses regarding the ineffectiveness of torture in information gathering:
Stress-Induced Deficits in Working Memory and Visuo-Constructive Abilities in Special Operations Soldiers
Decoupling neural networks from reality: dissociative experiences in torture victims are reflected in abnormal brain waves in left frontal cortex.
Torturing the brain: on the folk psychology and folk neurobiology motivating 'enhanced and coercive interrogation techniques'.
Confabulation: damage to a specific inferior medial prefrontal system.

when that outcome has been shown to be unconnected to these methods.

Imagine if the report had found hard evidence that torture actually worked.
