But then judging by the size and weight difference between them I reckon it'd be far more likely she got him an a wrist/fingerlock to bring him down and initially immobilise him before laying the beat down on him when he was prone. Since limblocks require very little strength for an enormous amount of pain. If you look at the was she initially grabs his forearm I'd say that was quite likely the technique she used.
I'm not saying its implausible that it was faked for whatever reason, but it's entirely plausible it's legit top. And I wouldn't take a black belt lightly no matter what their size. My Godfathet is an Aikido black belt and can have me on my knees before I can blink by just using his thumb and forefinger, and it's not a very pleasant sensation either!
