being as there is more than one minority. 'tis the case in parts of the US where 'whites' (such a broad term) are a minority, but so then are hispanics and blacks (and asians and native americans). Anyway, imagine a situation where 20% are ethnically british, 20% norf afrikan, 20% saaf ashun, and the rest are afro-caribs! No majors, no minors, all 7ths and suspended 9ths. Like Jazz or ABBA.

Interesting that they don't mention
that mixed-race relationships are increasingly common, and so kids born within them are going to increase the amount of "ethnic minorities" considerably, which would presumably have been included in that study.
Of course, the only way they could say that was a bad thing was through being openly racist.
