My nan
used to have a rabbit, white with pink eyes. Lived in a hut at the bottom of the garden path.
It used to chase me and my brother like it wanted to kill us, pure evil and hate.

Gave my Grandad our rabbit
to look after whilst we went on holiday.
When we got back he told us it had escaped into the fields behind his house.
He lied, he ate it.

I have a similar story, when I was a kid, a friend of mine had a rabbit. One day it wasn't there and I asked where it was, turns out they ate it for Sunday dinner :'(

Surely the repeated attempts at molesting other pets
would be one of the more salient features for any Lagomorph?
Especially if the victim is of a species which predates it?
