I don't want some contemporary plot twist where it's revealed he's a decoy and the real Blofeld is actually someone totally against type. Like a lady Blofeld. Although that could possibly work if cast properly.

Ala Dark Knight Rises (given how much Skyfall borrowed from The Dark Knight. Might be really good. I just feel Waltz is too good to merely be a sub villain IMO.
