Im not going to try and convince you but at least think about it.
When we dream we are seeing and hearing things.. but not with our eyes and ears. Our brain is capable of producing images, sounds and feelings without our normal senses.
All Astral Projection does is take this much further in a concious controllable way. That way you can have an experience which you can control. Which are much more realistic than a dream.
Maybe it is all a dream. And the stuff about going to the other side is a load of baloney. But unless you open your mind to other possibilites beyond your physical self, then you will never know.

Astral projection involves taking seriously the idea not just that the brain can create all kinds of weirdness - which is trivially true - but that some part of you can leave your body and travel through space and time independently of the body.
And that's gibberish.
Telling us to think about it assumes that there's something that warrants the effort to think about. In this case, there isn't.

why it's so much better than any other line I've heard him say. It's the title of one of his songs.
