Cyclists who ride on the pavement should be flogged! I nearly got run over on the pavement in Royal College Street Camden - there is flamin' 2 lane cycle lane for Chrissake!!!!

^this! ^this!They've got their own bit of the road, painted green, especially for cyclists, and they STILL ride on the pavement next to it!
