Absolutely.It was a sad (pun intended) day when I learnt Scotland had vetoed the planned change to the +1hr in winter. Though the MP who claimed it was because 'England had won a geographicall lottery' managed to brighten my mood, if only briefly.

and another thing.the clocks go back 2 months before the solstice. But not return to their rightful time (I know) until 3 months after. Who's great idea was that!?
