Follow the FinnishMake the driving test actually about driving, have tests on a skid pan etc.
Also limit the amount of power, hours you can drive etc until you have proved that your not a tit.
At this point I would like to say that I was a tit when I passed my test and it really hurts driving your car into a ditch at 80 tuts.
