If you use Firefox...
And, let's face it, if you're any kind of self-respecting Internet user, you will be. Or at least not using IE.
Anyway. If you use FF, get the 'leechblock' extension. You give it a list of sites and tell it when you don't want to be able to look at them, and it doesn't let you. Also does things like allowing you access to your block list for 5 or 10 minutes in any hour/half hour/day/whatever. It's quite cool.
