This is a question B3TA fixes the world

Moon Monkey says: Turn into Jeremy Clarkson for a moment, and tell us about the things that are so obviously wrong with the world, and how they should be fixed. Extra points for ludicrous over-simplification, blatant mis-representation, and humourous knob-gags.

And similarly...
While I accept they cannot all be uniform height - a big Tesco shop of a hundred items is of course somewhat longer in length than a pint of milk and some bread - they should all be kept to minimum length. No huge swathes of vouchers nobody ever uses, no huge swathes of useless text, no second receipts for the credit card nonsense.

A nice simple 'shop name, address, contact number and your items listed as normal, done'.
