Had to laugh at "Police will no longer be given high end BMW's,Mercedes,Jaguars"the closest i get is a 1.1 fiesta diesel. Now, if you're talking about the ACC's and DCC's, that's a different matter...
And, by the way, if you think things are bad now, in relation to the lack of available cops when you need one, i'd consider emigrating.
Any suggestions from the Government that you can have the same response with fewer police is plain ignorant. The only thing you get with less is less.
