Moon Monkey says: Turn into Jeremy Clarkson for a moment, and tell us about the things that are so obviously wrong with the world, and how they should be fixed. Extra points for ludicrous over-simplification, blatant mis-representation, and humourous knob-gags.

They spend most of their waking hours worrying what other people think of them.
Nobody really cares. The idea that the worlds population are given to making 'sweeping statements' about it is almost comical.
Just go to the gym, eat less and you won't need to worry about it any more.
Scousers - same, plus get rid of the shell suit.

I beg your pardon, were they talking about something else when suggesting that McDonalds be fitted with thinner doors or fat people made to run in hamster wheels?
I may have missed it, but I don't see any posts in this QOTW from overweight people making excuses for their weight, but I do see a lot of posts suggesting that overweight people must be made to slim.
Granted this is hardly "The worlds population" but, then, I didn't say that.

As someone stated below, the engineering involved in making hamster wheels for fatties would be a difficult problem, but it would be easier for thin people.
