I've done a check on thisand he's right, there isn't any black in the Union Jack.
However there isn't a weird shade of peachy-pink either so I guess we're all fucked.

In fairness, most sub-Saharan African or Caribbean nations' flags don't have any black in them either.For that reason alone it's a very flawed line of logic.
