Same here really.
Looks wise, I like a girl who'd feel just as comfy in an over-sized hoodie as she would in a nice dress. I like girls who are understand and considerate, girls who like a good laugh but also don't mind talking about shit things. Personailty is the bigger win for me.

I find passion very attractive.
I don't mean passion in a romantic sense, but when you see someone so excited or animated about a topic they care deeply about, then that's fantastic to see.
