oh woe is me
I have so much unpacking, I've just eaten diet-prohibited food and I'm thirsty now
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:32, 4 replies, latest was 15 years ago)
i had chips

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:34, Reply)
Had some mates around
So eaten too many snacks and a kebab... Good job you don't put on weight on weekends, right?
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:35, Reply)
i hope that is true
I had ho-fun noodles with chicken and crispy coated chicken bites. Lolfatty time
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:39, Reply)
I have actually decided it's easier for me to just eat what i want
But make sure everyone else eats more. It's all relative.
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:42, Reply)
so feed up everyone else around you?
inject lard into all their food and spray their drinks with crisp and dry
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:47, Reply)
I like this plan!

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:52, Reply)
perhaps you could add
msg as well, doesn't that make people hungrier after they've eaten it or something?
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:54, Reply)
MSG is lovely stuff.
I saw that umami in a tube stuff in a supermarket the other week, nearly bought it, but it has fish in it.
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 21:01, Reply)
that exists?
why?
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 21:03, Reply)
savouriness.

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 21:05, Reply)
sneaky
How are you doing then?
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:49, Reply)
With that plan? Early days, though my friends ate more than me

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:51, Reply)
good start
Keep it up and you'll look like David in a roon of Rubens. Apart from that hgow are you?
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:57, Reply)
I'm good thanks, had a great night out last night seeing a mate's band and getting drunk
Was just what the doctor ordered! How are you? Settled back in to Oxford?
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 21:00, Reply)
Yeah but come on
Noodle nation is worth breaking your diet for. And it was only one meal. Be good during the week and relax a little at weekends.
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 21:18, Reply)
Crab'n'Sweetcorn soup from here.
I got some noodles too, but I don't think i'll be eating them.
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:37, Reply)
I have declared that sometime this week
is official sushi day
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:38, Reply)
Faabulous !
What type of sushi are you going for?
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:42, Reply)
I have no idea
I think there is a place a couple of miles away that does take away. I had a bento box when I ate in the restaurant (the only time I've ever had sushi). What should I have?
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 20:46, Reply)
Awesome, sounds like real sushi, which is awesome.
A few of the things I really enjoy, off the top of my head, are :-

- Ebi Goyza (prawn dumplings, they're different from place-to-place, but a good one is great. I don't like the vegtable one though).
- "Crispy Salmon Skin" / "[anything, like prawn or aspagagous] Tempora" / "California"* / "Soft Shell Crab" / "Salmon & Avacardo"
- - - The above in Tamaki (like an ice cream cone shape) or Maki (typical roll that's inside out).
- Chicken Yakatori (kabab in teyaki sauce)
- Teyaki sauce
- Edinami beens (but only if they're hot).
- Tempora Stuff (battered'n'deep fried)
- Flying Fish Row Nigari (Nigari is like a rectangle of rice with a topping).
- [forgot what it's called, but it's a sweet omlette slice in a sushi roll].

* Crab (or crabstick), avacardo and Flying Fish Row

*prints out*

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 21:01, Reply)
remember to read it out loud rather than compare spellings

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 21:30, Reply)
:)

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 21:56, Reply)
I had what is probably diet-prohibited
but it was worth it.

Salty, though. I don't like salt, don't really add it to stuff I cook so it was a bit of a surprise.
