Ordering food on the Asda website is definitely the highlight of my evening
Because it's either that or Greek translation.
I love it when you get the cheap week-in-the-future delivery and forget what you order. It's like Christmas morning every week.

Greek translation?
I should get the missus in to assist, but she's in the kitchen where she belongs.

Call her a massive skuddah face.

It's alright, I have a convenient website that tells me what all the words mean
I really shouldn't be allowed to be on this course.

Those M&S yogurts are pretty damn tasty, btw
if very sweet.

I'm running out of food that isn't in a tin.

I've got an idea in my head, and I'm going to do it this week.
I'm going to steam ravioli and then shallow fry it in oil that has been enfused with a bit of chili and loads of garlic so it goes crispy.

That sounds quite alright actually.
The disgusting fatty part of me really misses my deep frier at home-home. Think of the experimental possibilities. I think I remember my brother trying to deep-fry individual pizza slices.

Argh so much want for Pizza GoGo right now.
There's like an inch of cheese.

I'm going to make empandanananas or something, quite possibly tomorrow. All I need to buy is some pizza dough mix and some more cheese, they're like little bean pasties or something. Got the recipe from peta, I feel smug about this.
Hang on, I have ingredients for chilli. THE QUESTION IS CAN I BE BOTHERED?!

Ho-Ho's sounds pretty fucking good right now too.
Let's hijack the thread with niche conversation about South London fast food!
(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 21:05, Reply)
South EAST London, please.
Don't want any of those south-of-the-river-but-still-SW pansies.
(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 21:07, Reply)
Oh man, N14 doesn't have any of that sort of stuff, what are those two things you two just mentioned?
When it comes to flame grilled meat though, there is no better postcode, and I'm including the Green Lanes devide.

Say what you want about those greeks and turks, but they can burn that meat to perfection.

They're in SE1
Opposite side of The Crack That Leads Down To Hell, aka the Walworth road.

But what is a 'emPANDAanananannana' thinggy or 'ho ho' ?

(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 21:26, Reply)
Empanandas (just looked up the spelling!) are like mexican pasties, they look delicious.
Ho Ho's is a Chinese takeaway.

Ahh, cool.
I'm eating the ravioli dumpling thing now, they're fucking amazing, like, seriously, the best experment I've done yet. If I ever hold a dinner party, this would be the perfect canopay.
(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 21:50, Reply)
Seriously, this is an amazing dish, if you've got people over, I promise you they won't be a single one left.

(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 22:21, Reply)

(, Mon 24 Jan 2011, 21:06, Reply)
