my friends and i always refer to anyone's latest love interest as [insert as appropriate]-boy
nhs-boy does NOT sound good.

Particularly not when you can't spell diabetes.
At uni a friend had card access to his halls, so his new girlfriend initially referred to him as Swipe-Card Boy. This was swiftly abbreviated to SCAB and hence stuck for the next three years.

I think it's a disease for people from Birmingham and the surrounding areas, where the body does not produce enough insulin, or because cells do not respond to the insulin that is produced.
