I decided to be more open and sort my life out a little bit.
I want to have a cute 50s style high waisted bikini. In 3 stone less' time.

I love those.
And Woo Lampers!
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:07, Reply)
Woo to you buying a tankini!

(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:09, Reply)
I no rite.
By the time I'm 60 I might be ready for a bikini.
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:10, Reply)
Only because
your tits would be falling out of the bottom of a tankini by that age.

my friend had a swimming costume
with a little skirt on it. This seems like an excellent idea to me, I prefer it when I show much less skin

FFS
You'll be wanting a Victorian bathing machine next.
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:13, Reply)
yes
i don't know what one is, but it sounds steampunky to me
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:17, Reply)
It's basically a wooden changing room on wheels that they wheeled into the sea for the ladies to come out of and bathe.

(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:23, Reply)
I WANT ONE!
for the swimming pool, too
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:23, Reply)
Why not rent a house with a private pool for a bit?
Then you can wear as much or as little as you like, with no risk of being seen by others.

Not the cheapest option, I'll grant you that.
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:26, Reply)
It's a little hut with no floor
in which you dress in your swimsuit of choice, then it's wheeled down into the water allowing you to paddle in private.

Except for the people staring at a small shed in the water.

Edit: Yeah, what BGB said.

I own two swimming dresses
They are brilliant.
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:18, Reply)

Evenin' Jeff
I care not about swimwear, because I can't swim.
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:15, Reply)
Alright TD?
Are you really a non-swimmer?
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:18, Reply)
Really truly
They used to take us to "the baths" (North Lancs vernacular) every week from school for a couple of years, and eventually they got bored of the fact that me and Eric Miller would sink like kittens in a sack every time we let go of the wall, so the teachers used to send us to get their sandwiches from the canteen before the lunchtime rush.

This is all I can suggest.

I've just lost a bet with myself
I thought you were going to provide the advert from that era where a fairy appeared and said "learn to swim, young man."

I don't perceive it as an opportunity lost.
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:29, Reply)
I wish... I wish I didn't keep losin' me bird.
meet Mike - he swims like a fish.

"It's just not my scene, man".

Etc.
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:33, Reply)
I know the one you mean DG
But I can't find it on YouTube.
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:36, Reply)
That's the one
"I wish..I wish..I wish I didn't keep losing me birds!"

(Eureka moment from TD - it's not my stagnant personality and model-village scale parts - it's the fact that I CAN'T SWIM!)
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:36, Reply)
Hahahaha!

(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:25, Reply)
I still sometimes call them the baths!
it's the proper name
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:26, Reply)
Do you go to 'the pictures' or 'the cinema'?

(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:28, Reply)

At the picture house.
(, Wed 16 Feb 2011, 20:29, Reply)
