The DBA team, however, decided to upgrade the database they were specifically instructed not to touch because of our critical testing. AND they managed to fuck it up so it's now completely broken. Their solution is to restore Friday morning's backup, meaning all of Friday's testing has to be redone.

God love the halfwitted bastards.

EDIT: Last night I fixed myself a lovely stroganoff and ate 3/8* of it, and today I've just reheated the rest for lunch.

*I'm shit at judging portion size.
