go run
it'll cheer you up.

I could do with cheering
I'm in a vile mood. Still can't really be arsed to go for a run though.

The endorphins will be worth it
just take each step at a time. Put some running gear on - you're not committed to running, you're just putting it on. Do some stretches - again, you might not go running, it's just stretching. Then yell "Look! An angel giving out free bacon!" and while you're distracted dash out the door and start running.

3 miles
30 minutes. What's wrong with that? It's a perfectly reasonable workout given that I've cycled for the better part of an hour today too, you know.

Did it go like this?
10 Minutes finding a parking space
10 Minutes filling your water bottle
10 Minutes getting changed
5 Minutes drinking from your water bottle
10 Minutes getting changed again
(, Tue 1 Mar 2011, 21:06, Reply)
Swipe spends that on lunch during the average month.
