I have heard of these new-fangled items
but only in passing. My old boss refused to believe me when I told her I didn't know how to operate one. She passed me hers and told me to select some music and I couldn't do it as I had no ideal that how the round bit worked. Seemed slightly counter-intuitive to me.

it's commercial, so fairly standard
this is rent for their offices. that's rent to the end of a 5 year term, so it's not that bad. if he were renting around where i work in the city, that would be one floor for about 6 months.

but we do have some resi flats where the rent is that much - we had a dispute recently over £6,000,000 rent arrears for a penthouse flat over by harrods. mental. why pay that in rent, just BUY the bloody place!
