I found a machilan guide french resturant and deli on the way home from work....
Oh Em ____GEE____, that was so fucking lush. Fois Gras Mouse, Chilli Jelly, [a really strong tasting canonbear like cheese], and fresh crusty-ousidide-soft-inside bread.
And some piquant peppers and sundried tomartos.
Amazing.

Wow, that's a lot, I pay about £3 a jar, or £5 for sunblished, it's not a big jar though.
I use them quite a lot in cooking, they're great fried with oil and pasta.

See if you can buy a jar of "pepperdew" / "Pinquat" peppers, they're slightly firey, quite sweet and really nice.
