well we were the monsters
so the refs tell us our stats, someone paints your face, then you go fight someone. If you're a player, you just do what your character would do

as the monster you get told the kind of thing you need to do/say and the players react to it. Usually you just get killed, but they were very nice to the Crone character I played despite me insulting them and shouting at their king

I've made a lot of microwave rice in the microwave. It's marvelous stuff. Two minutes and RICE! awesome. Also, I've got hot chocolate to warm me up, it was cold in that there forest

the monster room is where the monsters hang out, get into kit, get painted, etc.
I've made loads of LARP tapes, CDs and playlists (you can tell how long I've been doing this nonsense by the recording media). My favourites were the Arockalypse Now compilation and the double album It Was A Time of War and It Was A Time Of Heroes. I've got the first one on spotify, but not the others yet. Many other CDs and tapes are lost in the midst of time, or in the glove compartment of whoever's car I was in when I last had them
