lotions and spray, no
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:00, Reply)
too fair for sunbeds

(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:03, Reply)
nah
just start small and work your way up, it's really the best way to go
or get out in the sun
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:05, Reply)
People that pale skin should shy away from the sun as much as possible.
Spray tans are the best bet.
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:06, Reply)
they make you orange and they're not as attractive as the tanning bed
you can work up to a nice base tan in about 3 weeks if you go every day
then you'd be able to spend as much time in the sun as you like without burning
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:13, Reply)
If you can find one that is easy to apply and gives a nice colour then go for it.
Go for a spray tan.
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:01, Reply)
I am tempted by this MysticTan
I only want the lightest one, just so that I don't glow in the dark with my fluorescent whiteness
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:03, Reply)
pale is for winners!

(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:06, Reply)
I think if you're that pale then you should stick with it and embrace it.

(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:07, Reply)
that is always my plan
yellow hair clashes with healthy coloured skin
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:11, Reply)
can't wear summer skirts/dresses
with white legs. Dead fish
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:16, Reply)
I just never wear anything higher than
my ankles, perhaps lower calf if I'm feeling adventurous
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:19, Reply)
you'll get orange

(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:07, Reply)
nah I'm going for the lightest colour

(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:13, Reply)
The lightest colour is 'clear'.
It would be cheaper to just have a shower.
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:14, Reply)
no, it will turn you orange, they even tell you that it turns orange as it fades

(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:15, Reply)
yes yes yes
but practice it several times before the big day. go to a nice salon and get a good spray and then try a couple of other shades!
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:03, Reply)
You can also get mobile spray tanners that come to your home.

(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:06, Reply)
Maybe she is HUGE!

(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:12, Reply)
You're right
I think I'll get one quite soon, see how it looks, then get it done two days before the ball if it looks good
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:09, Reply)
when it comes to make-up
i am always right.

shame about every other area in life.
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 22:03, Reply)
Stay pale! Fake tan never totally suits someone who is naturally pale unless you get it specifically matched to your skin tone
Then again you're not super pale so perhaps my argument is invalid.
I'm seriously considering investing in some of that expensive body make-up so I can get rid of veins and stuff without looking ridiculous.
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:26, Reply)
I sometimes use
the Sally Hansen leg makeup. It works incredibly well. www.boots.com/en/Sally-Hansen-Airbrush-Legs-Medium-Glow_18420/
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:28, Reply)
I will take your recommendation.
Only saw the stuff advertised the other day, and I've been prattling on about how someone should "invent" it for years. I'm a fool. How are you anyway?
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:31, Reply)
it's really amazing stuff
last time I wore a really short dress (months ago) it gave me the courage to go outside in it.

I'm okay thanks. How are you? So sorry I missed your b-day, but will get you some wine when I next see you :) looks like such a good event though!
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:34, Reply)
Aaw thanks
There will always be a place in Camberwell for you *gush*
(but only after my self-inflicted month's drinking abstinence is over)
Also I bought Vampire's Kiss the other day. Haven't dared watch it yet.
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:40, Reply)
Exams? I'm not really drinking either
haha, you looking forward to it?
(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:42, Reply)
It needs to be a proper event fo' sure.

(, Wed 4 May 2011, 21:46, Reply)
save it for after your drinking ban
and find a drinking game for it
