I had an awesome weekend in Munich, saw the wife again last night after what seemed like an intolerably long absence, the weedkiller in the garden is having the desired effect on my bindweed problem, there's not much more painting to do in the spare room and tonight I'm going for a Tayyabs.

It's about a mile long and took me ten minutes. I've done over 3 miles twice too.
But training has taken a momentary break due to massive beer consumption. But I'm starting again tomorrow.

Massive beer consumption is a valid excuse. The trick is to get back into it afterwards.
(Yes I am going to nag you about this in the hope that you'll do the same for me when I inevitably reach the "can't be bothered" barrier)

but I decided to paint a door instead. And I'd go tonight but I'm going to Tayyabs. I won't go tomorrow morning as I'll be shitting through the eye of a needle. But by tomorrow evening I'll be back okay so I will go out for about 2-3 miles, but not up the hill.
Providing that goes okay I will run up the hill on Thursday. On Friday I have to do my Speed Awareness course, but I will be able to do some boxing in the evening. Then on Saturday I will do another 3-4 miles.

We'd all had about 6 pints before we started and it came with a 20 litre barrel between 12 of us. By the end we were shouting incoherantly at strangers as we rode by them.

I was told to wait until Monty organizes another B3ta meeting there, but I might not be able to keep myself from trying it for much longer.

Or take your husband with you.
Saturday afternoons are relatively quiet, you'll only have to wait ten minutes for a table.

to better book in advance. I think I'll follow your advance, as I can't see any Tayyabs' events on the calendar.

if there are four of you, you should still be okay. If you've got 6 or more then booking is advisable.

Maybe in 2 weekends, then. Life is very busy at the moment, but there's always time for a curry if it's good.
