The only thing I have it for is tea, but I use so little in each cup it's not worth it.
Useful for mash though (which I only made for the first time last week)

I'm not sure about horseradish, but I'd give it a try.

soy sauce mash is incredible
obviously should go with the appropriate meat. Some seared tuna steak and stir fried veg for example
