It is an excellent standby dinner
as you would most likely have all the ingredients. Takes about 5 mins to prep and half an hour to cook, give or take

I need to get a full chorizo soon
Rather than getting it fresh everytime.

Also, to my shame, I ran out of paprika almost a month ago, and haven't bought any since.

May I recommend this to you ...
Hot Smoked Paprika

Hmm, I shall most definitely keep that in mind
The next shop I'm doing is at a meat wholesalers near mine, incredibly cheap. Then I'll pick up some more herbs, etc.

I've currently got a full freezer of frozen meals for work, as well as about 25 sausages, so I've still got plenty of food in, it's fantastic.

Not in my house mate
Meat? Just lying around the place waiting to be cooked? Yeravinalarf

Yeah, in your house it's either in your mouth
or in your arse.

...and my girlfriend's vegetarian
Points for originality though

You want to train her out of that mate, it'll be Birkinstocks and hairy legs next.
I suggest waggling your eyebrows lots and saying things like "I know what you need, love". Basically, I mean taking your online persona offline.

She'll be gobbling down the sausage in no time.

Yeah, I'll get right on that

(, Wed 25 May 2011, 12:19, Reply)
One of my more helpful posts.

I'm going out on a limb and saying you've never dated a strict vegetarian
It's a challenge. And it forces you to learn to cook really creatively
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 12:26, Reply)
I've never dated at all. I do things the British way.
Get drunk and get neckin'

Hahaha
Good man

Would a few chillis lend themselves to it?

(, Wed 25 May 2011, 12:15, Reply)
I would say so, yes
Mrs Cow doesn't like spicy food though, so not tried. I do sprinkle chilli flakes on though
