Fingers crossed
Never made it before, and the vast majority of the cookery will be based on the highly complicated technique known as "making it up as you go along"

That's half the fun, isn't it?
Poaching in milk, and all that shite?

All the fish is frozen so am considering grilling it in foil first (except the prawns, obv)
then chucking it into a cream and white wine sauce with some garlic, shallots and mushrooms. What do you reckon?

I'd have some onions in the sauce too, thinly sliced
Aside from that, there's no idea I have that works better than yours.

Cheers fella
Obviously you realise if I fuck it right up I shall be texting you massive amounts of abuse for not pointing out whichever hideous mistake I choose to make

Haha, not to worry!

Chuck some hard boiled eggs and spinach in too
More taste and more pie

Doing a green bean and egg salad for the side dish
Otherwise this would be a top idea, and I shall note it for future reference
