I've tried different variations of cous cous
and always come back to the lemon and coriander. The others just seem not quite right.

Chicken would probably work.
We tend to mix in tuna or smoked mackerel and a tin of mixed bean salad. Lovely.

I had the roast veg one with haloumi, chickpeas, peppers, tomato and spring onions.
