Also, if you are thirsty drink water
if you have been working out, drink some water with a bit of squash in it, maybe add a bit of salt if you are really working hard.

But you probably get more than enough salt from everyday foods.

I just needed the drink to get me motivated to go to the gym otherwise I would have drove home and slumped.
I only drink water at the gym.

I've found that tequila slammers are a highly motivating and refreshing drink
almost certainly tastier and better for you than energy drinks

Al I have a dilemma
do I play the roulette wheel of chance, and not buy a Soni ticket until the week before in the hope of getting a good deal, or do I just borrow some money from my parents to make up the shortfall, and be a bit in debt?

Borrow the money from your parents
but then forget to pay them back and when they ask you, tell them you paid them back months ago and don't they remember? Gosh, that's odd, we had a whole conversation about it, are they sure they don't remember? May be this is the onset of early stage Alzeihmers.

The problem is
I'm near the end of university and chances are no-one will ever employ me. So I might need borrowed money more then, and if I've leeched off my proto-Alzheimers parents too much, there will be none

How much do you need to borrow?
