The theme tune was one of the best theme tunes ever written

Mysterious Cities of Gold
had a fucking brilliant tune too
(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:40, Reply)
I tried watching that again a few years ago
it was kind of boring

the overall thing was good, but each episode was quite dull
(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:40, Reply)
The animation was shit too I think
I ended up watching old Transformers off youtube a while ago
(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:41, Reply)
the animation on old Transformers was quite shit as well
I seem to recall.

Most people forget because of the movie.

From my extensive testing while at uni, the cartoon that stood the test of time best was the He-Man and She-Ra movie (not the Dolph Lundgren one)
(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:45, Reply)
The Dolph one is class!
So bad it is good!
(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:46, Reply)
Only notable for having Stricklin out of Back to the Future in it.

(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:47, Reply)
I'm going to watch the old Batman TV series in ten minutes.

Another series that hasn't made it to DVD (or VHS, for that matter) yet.
Bloody rights issues.
(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:47, Reply)
I've never liked that

(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:47, Reply)
This one will have Julie Newmar as Catwoman in it.
That's worth watching.
(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:49, Reply)
It was really, really bad
have you seen any of the feature length movie, good god it's awful
(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:50, Reply)
So awful it's brilliant.
Which is the point. The Fall Guy's on at the moment, that really is shit and redeemed only by having Heather Locklear in a bikini in the title credits, if memory serves.

(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 16:08, Reply)
That was one of the highlights of my childhood.
You still can't get that fucking series on DVD, though. Only stupid, shitty VCD.
(, Mon 6 Jun 2011, 15:41, Reply)
+which was clean stupid VCD until you got your faecal mitts on it
