I was enjoying my day, until I received a letter from a debt recovery agency
The letter states that they are related with my bank, and have taken over a debt I had with the bank. Long story short, I got a £500 overdraft, couldn't stop going over it, so I agreed to turn it into a reference account, paying them a certain amount every month.

Now, despite the fact that I've not missed a single payment, nor had a single problem, they've passed on my debt to an external company? I'm fucking fuming, going to speak to the bank on Monday, and find out what the fuck is going on.

I'd understand if I'd defaulted on it or something like that, but there's been no issues
I think I'm just extra fucked off because I dealt with an absolutely fantastic woman in a branch this morning, friendly and very very helpful.
